How Payment Works on tendergap.com

tendergap offers a single product via two payment rails: free aggregates and previews, plus paid competitor intelligence and company dossiers.

Free Access (No Payment Required)
You can browse without paying:
- Aggregated counts and preview feeds across all markets
- Free .json and .xml feeds and sitemaps
- All dish previews in .json format
- Proof that data exists

The goods themselves (full competitor maps, monthly intelligence, detailed company records) are available to users with a valid key.

For Humans: Pay by Card (EUR, Stripe)
Open a dish preview, click to view the full content, and you will be sent to Stripe Checkout. After payment returns you to https://tendergap.com/map/...return?s=..., you receive a lasting key (visible as ?t= in the URL) that works from tomorrow forward on the same dish.

Three paid offerings:
1. Competitor map: 49 EUR one-time purchase. A snapshot of who competes for a specific market cell.
2. Monthly market watch: 29 EUR/month. Continuous updates for the same cell.
3. Company dossier: 99 EUR one-time purchase. Full details on a legal entity.

Access via MCP: The same dishes are available programmatically at https://tendergap.com/mcp using the tools competitor_map (competitor maps) and company_dossier (company dossiers). For human keys, pass ?t= as a query parameter. Agents use X-Credit-Token headers (see below).

For Agents: Pay by Deposit (USD, Credit Token)
Agents (scripts and bots) use a credit token model:

1. First Request (No Token): Send a request without an X-Credit-Token header. You receive a 402 Payment Required response with a depositUrl field.
2. Fund Your Account: POST to https://tendergap.com/api/mpp/v1/deposit with a JSON body like {"amount_cents": 500} (5 USD minimum). You are sent to Stripe Checkout. After payment, your return link contains a long-lived X-Credit-Token shown exactly once. Save this token securely.
3. Use Your Token: Include the X-Credit-Token header on every request. Each request is charged against your balance:
   - Ordinary pages (aggregates, previews): 0.01 USD per request
   - Full dish (/full): prices match the human offerings (competitor map 49 USD, dossier 99 USD)
   - Paid dishes on repeat: Once you have paid for a dish with a given token, the same URL with the same token returns the full content at no extra charge (we charge the goods, not the request)
4. Check Balance: GET https://tendergap.com/api/mpp/v1/balance with your X-Credit-Token header to see remaining balance.

The deposit address is https://tendergap.com/api/mpp/v1/deposit. The header name is X-Credit-Token.

Same MCP Integration: Access competitor_map and company_dossier at https://tendergap.com/mcp with your X-Credit-Token header. Same pricing, same token, same replay-on-repeat behavior.

What We Never Sell
Personal data is not for sale. Zero email addresses, zero phone numbers, zero names of natural persons. Company names are legal entities only. Paid and free alike.
