What we collect

• Your email address, when you buy a product that is delivered by email (e.g. a box key) or a Stripe receipt - used only to deliver your purchase and answer support questions.
• Payment data is collected and processed by Stripe directly; we receive only a confirmation and the amount paid, never your card number.
• Standard web server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention.

What we do not do

No marketing email without your separate, explicit consent. No sale of your data to third parties.

Retention

Accounting documents and payment records are kept for 10 years, as required by the Bulgarian Accounting Act (Закон за счетоводството). Everything else - logs, technical records, addresses - is kept for 12 months, after which it is deleted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the law of the country in which you are resident, if that country is in the European Union. This applies whether you are an individual or a business - we do not sell on a business-only basis.
