Competitor maps, company dossiers, and verification checks are digital content delivered to you immediately once payment is confirmed. We do not ask you to give up your 14-day right of withdrawal at checkout. If you request it within 14 days of payment, write to support@tendergap.com and we refund you without dispute, even though the content was already delivered. Once a refund is issued, access to that content stops automatically.
The monthly watch and the daily data feeds are monthly subscriptions. Cancel any time yourself at Manage subscription, or by writing to support@tendergap.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not refund the current, already-active period.
A full refund through Stripe (by us or by your bank) automatically revokes access to the content it paid for. A partial refund does not - the content was already delivered in full.
These terms are governed by Bulgarian law. This does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection given to you by the mandatory rules of the law of the country in which you are resident, if that country is in the European Union. This applies whether you are an individual or a business - we do not sell on a business-only basis.
